The Middle speed Backed Nitrocellulose Membrane is engineered as the thinnest lateral flow membrane in our portfolio, featuring a total thickness of just 185–215 µm. It consists of a high-quality, microporous nitrocellulose membrane cast onto a 100 µm clear polyester backing. This ultra-slim design makes it the perfect fit for tight lateral flow cassettes where space is at a premium.
To support seamless R&D prototyping and flexible manufacturing, we offer this specialized membrane in 30 cm strips, rather than traditional bulk rolls. The membrane provides an optimal balance of speed and clarity, making it highly effective for complex samples like plant extracts or viscous solutions.
