Technology Advantage

InstaStrip is a patented technology developed in collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania. Instanosis has obtained exclusive license from the University of Pennsylvania.

InstaStrip technology greatly enhanced the sensitivity and readability of the lateral flow assays, enabling the fast and clear detection of low ng/mL drugs of abuse without the need of any instrument by lay users. Compared to traditional lateral flow products, InstaStrip technology features the drastic contrast between the negative and positive readouts, and the sharp signal transition across the cutoff concentration (Below Figure), and is ideal for field or at-home use for detecting drugs of abuse with extremely high sensitivity at or even below 1 ng/mL.
